Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Brown Girls. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully regarding exchanges and returns:

1. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns: We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased on clearance sale. Clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

3. Process for Exchanges and Returns: If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. You can reach us at browngirlspakistan@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange or return along with reasons why you would like to do so & we will try to get back to you with in 1 business day.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Method of Refund: Exchanges and returns will be processed in the form of store credit. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a voucher or code that can be redeemed on our store. This store credit will be valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.

5. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item.

7. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.

8. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable  unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. These include cosmetics, skin care products, under garments, etc.

9. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.

10. Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to modify or amend this exchange and return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
